Seven Generations
of Texas Cattle
The Alford family has been raising cattle in Burleson County since 1832. What began as a frontier homestead has grown into a multi-breed operation built on nearly two centuries of hands-on knowledge, careful selection, and a deep respect for the land and the animals on it.
Today, we raise Registered Brangus, Registered Brahman, F1 Brangus, F1 Braford, and Wagyu cattle. Our program combines the heat tolerance and hardiness bred into these lines with the kind of attention to bloodline and conformation that only comes from doing this for seven generations.
